I have chosen the starfish as it has a very special meaning to me.The starfish story is about a man walking along the beach and was throwing every starfish he spotted into the sea. When questioned on his intention, he said that he could make a difference to every starfish that he threw, eventhough he may not be able to throw all into the sea. Indeed a good teacher can MAKE a DIFFERENCE and even if that DIFFERENCE is only for one child. Every child is precious:)
